One of the reasons we have been so successful is agent training. The owner Debi Woodroe is available anytime to help you. She is either in the office or a phone call away. The new agents also have a great team of experienced agents backing them up with professional assistance.

We are in both the Rochester and Buffalo Multiple Listing Service. We cover twice the market. Woodroe Realty pays an agent bonus in December.
